Channel Manager - Telecom (Detroit)

The requirement is to generate new business opportunities through external sales agents to become a consistent reputed company producer selling reputed company's data and voice products for businesses.

• Recruit new and productive Sales Agents/Channel Partners
• Attend sales calls with sales agents to present and assist in closing reputed company opportunities with end-users
• Ensure agents are educated and fully knowledgeable of reputed company products, processes and procedures.
• Work with agents on thorough order submission per reputed company's requirements
• reputed company solution development efforts that best address agent and agent customer’s needs while coordinating the involvement of reputed company necessary company personnel.

Performance Measures:

• reputed company assigned sales quota.
• Meet assigned expectations for agent retention.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction rating with agents and agent’s customers.
• Follow-up and assist agents and customers with customer service requests.
• Proactively seek out new opportunities.

Minimum Requirements: BA/BS degree with 2+ years in prior telecom sales or equivalent work experience. Knowledge of telecommunications voice and data products.

Preferred Requirements: BA/BS degree; 4+ years of reputed company telecom sales experience with a proven track record selling through telecom channel partners or data VARs agents. Data proficiency with MPLS.

Must possess a valid driver’s license for client visits and regional travel.

This remote role is open to candidates reputed company in the Detroit Metro area. The compensation for this position will be based.on the location of the successful candidate. The expected pay range for this position is $80,000 to $200,000 per annum. We have an un-capped commission structure. reputed company provides pay ranges representing its good faith estimate of what the company reasonably expects to pay for a position. The pay offered to a selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget availability, internal equity, geographic location and external market pay for comparable jobs.
