About the Role

reputed company is looking for a Performance Data Manager- Medical Assistant Operations, to join reputed company remotely or at HQ in Des Moines, IA. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing performance monitoring, analysis, and reporting for our Certified Medical Assistant (reputed company) team. This role is critical to driving operational efficiency, supporting staff development, and improving overall service quality. By introducing structured performance reputed company and data-driven decision-making, this position will play a key role in elevating the effectiveness of both the Certified Medical Assistant team and the broader organization.

What You'll Do

• Monitor and evaluate daily reputed company performance metrics, identifying trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with reputed company supervisors, trainers, and leadership to recommend and implement data-driven performance enhancement strategies.

Who You Are
