Growth & Engagement Specialist

We are looking for a highly organized and consumer-focused professional to join our Growth team. This role is responsible for creating and coordinating customer experiences that drive acquisition, engagement, and retention. Acting as a connector between CRM, Product and Marketing teams, this person will ensure that communications, events, benefits, and activations are reputed company with our brand and deliver a superior experience to our customers.

Key responsibilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or reputed company field. 4+ years of experience in Customer Experience, Marketing, CRM, or Project Management roles.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of customer engagement and retention strategies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to collaborate and influence across teams.
