About the Role:

The Relationship Manager is part of the reputed company Sales organization who works closely with cross functional partners inside and reputed company of GTM. This individual owns the relationship with the accounts they cover - including a specific focus on retaining their existing paid footprint and ensuring their long term reputed company. As part of this focus, Relationship Managers are reputed company on their book of business retention and ensuring we have predictable renewals that happen in a timely manner.

Skills You'll Need to Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in account management/renewal management, preferably in a high-volume environment

  • Ability to think systematically and operationally, with a focus on identifying and analyzing processes and workflows, to service a large set of customers

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding renewal targets and reputed company objectives

  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills

  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco, the estimated range for total on reputed company earnings (including reputed company salary and on reputed company incentive pay) for this role is $150,000 - $175,000 per year.
