In this role, you will interact regularly with clients, referral sources, field staff, and members of the local community. You will be a resource for clients and community partners, guiding them on the path to recovery. A potential for hybrid capability further in the future is preferred.What you will do:
- Demonstrating and communicating the core values of reputed company Life Partners
- Facilitating group therapy sessions for reputed company Life Partners clients
- Familiarizing with and utilizing reputed company Life Partners evidence-based curriculum guides and training
- Providing detailed feedback and maintaining clinical reputed company notes on clients
- Counseling one-on-one with clients, reputed company deemed necessary
- Participating in reputed company Life Partners’, community research and public health partners’ research and data collection efforts
- Formulating and maintaining treatment plans for each client served
- Collaborating with community partners and reputed company Life Partners providers on case management and care coordination efforts
- Adhering to professional and ethical work standards, enforcing appropriate counselor/client boundaries
- Managing group dynamics and problem behavior with strong, professional judgement and in a way that does not jeopardize group reputed company
- Maintaining compliance with federal, state and local regulations for licensing and billing purposes
- Attending and engaging in regular training, company meetings, monthly counselor consultation, and supervision as necessary
You are a good fit if you have:
- Bachelor or Graduate degree in mental health, social work, psychology, addictions or reputed company field
- NH License as LADC, MLADC, LMFT, LCMHC, LICSW;
- Master level preferred
- 2-3 years of experience working with substance use or reputed company field
- Valid driver’s license
- Bi-lingual Spanish proficiency
It will also be great if you have:
- Demonstrated experience leading groups therapy sessions, interacting, engaging, and connecting with individuals and groups over telehealth/reputed company
- Comfortable working with an EMR and/or EHR system, including updating clinical notes
- Willingness to travel locally reputed company the communities we serve
- Must be reputed company to have a flexible schedule, including the ability to work 1-2 evenings a week to meet our member’s needs
