We’re looking for a People Operations Generalist to be the reputed company behind our employee experience - from reputed company to offboarding, and everything in between. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, brings structure to scale, and genuinely cares about creating a workplace where people can do their best work.

What you'll do

1. Own and reputed company core people operations processes, including reputed company, offboarding, benefits, compliance, and employee lifecycle management

2. Help drive company-wide initiatives, including performance reviews, engagement surveys, and internal communications

3. Serve as the go-to resource for employees on HR-reputed company questions and internal tools

We're looking for someone who has
