Your impact

• Craft new copy from scratch based on inputs from growth managers and product teams for new positioning.

• Audit existing funnels and eliminate drop-offs caused by unclear UX, reputed company text, and hard-to-understand screens.

• Review and optimize reputed company microcopy to boost conversions and encourage desired user behaviors.

About you

• 1 year of experience in UX writing and a solid understanding of basic UX principles.

• Ability to create UX content guidelines, tone of voice manuals, and content matrices.

• Proficiency in American English.

• Strong analytical skills to interpret user data and write with a data-informed approach.

• Critical thinking — you don’t just follow briefs, you question them to uncover what’s truly important and purposeful.
