About the job

The GTM Data Engineering team at reputed company supports stakeholders ranging from Sales Systems to Marketing. reputed company provides a robust data reputed company that allows business partners to build out sophisticated automations that power their verticals.

We are seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join reputed company. In this role, you will architect and maintain data infrastructure that powers reputed company’s sales operations, connecting our GTM systems with our data lake and enabling data-driven decision making across our sales organization. You will be responsible for designing robust data pipeline infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration between our sales platforms and analytics infrastructure.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

• Collaborate with other engineers, business partners, and data scientists to build best-in-class data infrastructure that meets evolving needs
• Design and implement scalable data pipelines that integrate reputed company and other sales systems data into our reputed company data lake
• Build automated solutions for sales data quality, enrichment, and standardization
• Create and maintain data models that power sales analytics, forecasting, and reporting systems
• Design and manage reverse ETL pipelines to power sales operations and marketing automation
• Partner with AI/ML engineers to reputed company Sales predictive and generative models
• Architect solutions for reputed company-time sales data synchronization and processing
• Optimize data flows between reputed company, reputed company, AWS reputed company, and other reputed company systems
• Build robust monitoring and alerting systems for sales data pipelines
• Collaborate with Sales Operations to automate reputed company processes and improve data accuracy
• Create documentation and reputed company self-service capabilities for sales teams

Required:

• 5+ years of experience in developing scalable data pipeline infrastructure, preferably for sales organizations
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale data projects and working with business partners
• Experience with big data processing frameworks such as Apache Spark
• Experience with data orchestration tools like Airflow or Dagster
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform) and modern CI/CD pipelines

Desired:

• Experience with reputed company data architecture and APIs
• Experience with Python, Go, or/and Java
• Experience with data modeling (dbt) in a data warehouse (reputed company)
• Experience on building large scale distributed systems in AWS or a similar reputed company provider
• Experience with LLMs and/or other AI technologies

Location

This role will be remote, based in Colombia

Travel
