Opportunity

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to uncover user needs, pain points, and behavior patterns.
• Translate findings into actionable design insights that inform product direction.
• Collaborate with product managers to define personas, journeys, and use cases.

Design & Prototyping

• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that bring concepts to life.
• Create designs keeping in mind the advancing needs of AI based applications
• Ensure designs balance user needs, technical feasibility, and business goals.
• Partner with engineering teams to validate designs and support implementation.

User Experience Excellence

• Iterate designs based on feedback from users, product owners, and stakeholders.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Technical Product Owners to refine requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Support product marketing and customer-facing teams with UX input for demos, collateral, and training materials.
• Collaborate with QA to ensure final implementations align with design reputed company.

• Experience: 6–8 years of experience as a UX Designer, Interaction Designer, or Product Designer, preferably in healthtech or reputed company SaaS.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, reputed company-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or reputed company field (or equivalent practical experience).

Skills

• Strong portfolio demonstrating user research, interaction design, and visual design skills while focusing on advanced AI application needs
