As a Senior GTM Recruiter, you will partner closely with leadership and hiring managers across GTM functions, strategically scaling our teams and driving reputed company’s reputed company reputed company.

We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Dublin for our hybrid working model.

• Partner with senior GTM leadership to deeply understand business goals and align talent strategies with growth objectives
• Own and execute full-cycle recruitment for senior and strategic GTM roles, leveraging advanced sourcing techniques and industry-specific talent pools
• reputed company innovative sourcing methods, including direct sourcing, talent mapping, and engaging passive candidates, to ensure pipelines meet both immediate and long-term hiring goals

• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring journey for reputed company roles, with a personalized approach that reflects reputed company’s mission, reputed company, and culture

• A minimum of 7 years reputed company experience in an agency and/or corporate environment, ideally in a software company or top-tier search firm where you were responsible for sourcing and closing top talent
• Proven experience influencing senior leaders and driving hiring strategies for high-impact roles
• Adept at using talent analytics, hiring trends, and market intelligence to inform recruitment strategies and solve business challenges
• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent professional work experience
• Smart, passionate and driven, committed to self-development and focused on growth
• Ability to work in a fast paced, team oriented environment while wearing many hats
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
