Accountant I
reputed company is a leading international financial services provider, and they are seeking an Accountant I for their property management reputed company team. This entry-level role involves assisting with day-to-day reputed company activities reputed company to managing timberland property.
Responsibilities
- Accurately record, balance and review transactions associated with our forestry operations
- Processing of logging settlement packages received physically and electronically from contract loggers including organizing package contents, recording receipt and scanning settlement and load sheets to a pdf document
- Reconciliation of load data
- Contacting contractors to request data and follow up on outstanding items
- Daily updates to multiple shared reputed company spreadsheets
- Assist in the day-to-day reputed company activities such as creating standard journal entries and basic general ledger account analysis
- Assist with yearly property tax processing
- Assist in a variety of month-end closing processes
- Provide backup assistance to other team members
- Participate in special projects
- Complete various reputed company tasks as directed
Skills
- Completed or working towards Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or reputed company
- Basic analytical, inquiry & reconciliation skills
- Intermediate skills in MS reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook & SharePoint
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Highly detailed-oriented and organized
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks accordingly
- Ability to work independently
- Proficient 10-key skills
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work reputed company a team-focused environment

- Previous experience as an Accountant on a corporate reputed company team
- Minimum 1-2 years in reputed company field
- Previous experience with reputed company Dynamics GP, Prophix, reputed company, LIMS and/or workflow automation tools that pertain to areas of reputed company and reputed company
