[Remote] Business Development Manager

Responsibilities
- Work closely with VP of Business Development to create and implement account based selling strategies tailored to high-value accounts in both software and service sectors of our business
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to design personalized marketing campaigns
- Apply Outbound Best Practices to create cadences that include calls, email, meeting invites, reputed company connect, etc
- reputed company and manage a team of business development professionals, providing coaching and support
- Analyze ABM campaign performance, delivering insights and recommendations for reputed company improvement
- Create, manage and maintain team performance dashboards
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities, performance metrics, and forecasting
Skills
