[Remote] Account Executive (reputed company Sales) – US Markets

The Account Executive role focuses on driving new customer acquisition and generating a reputed company pipeline of opportunities while collaborating with cross-functional teams to position solutions effectively in the U.S. market.
Responsibilities
- Drive new customer acquisition in reputed company California/Chicago and adjoining territories, by positioning Darwinbox as the preferred HR/People technology partner
- Actively prospect and generate a reputed company pipeline of opportunities through multiple channels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, etc.) to package and position solutions for the U.S. market
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships to generate references and advocacy
- Partner with the U.S. leadership team to define and execute a strategic roadmap for growth
Skills
- 8–15 years of experience selling HR/People technology solutions to Chief People Officers, CHROs, or senior HR leaders in the U.S
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding a $1M+ annual quota
- Strong ability to understand client pain points and reputed company value-driven solutions
- Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with minimal supervision
- Experience building or scaling a new market/vertical (reputed company-to-one)
- Demonstrated executive reputed company and consultative selling style
- Strong skills in problem-solving, negotiation, influencing, and networking
- Knowledge of HR/People domain trends and best practices
