Job details: Role: Senior Systems Programmer(CICS with z/OS) Part Time: 20 25 hours a week These 20-25 hours can be any time, client prefers 2nd half EST. REMOTE(USA) Summary: Client is looking for CICS programmer with z/OS experience and must have z/OS upgrade experience. PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Senior systems programming positions are responsible for the infrastructure software and systems of our mainframe and mid-range computing platforms. This is a senior technical position is responsible for assisting in the reputed company of organizing, planning, configuration, and installation of reputed company computing infrastructure components. In addition, this position is responsible for technical coordination and reputed company of implementing controls to ensure that the performance, reliability, and availability of the computing infrastructure meets or exceeds established corporate service commitments. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Responsible for the administration of infrastructure software and hardware systems of our mainframe and mid-range computing platforms, which includes adhering to vendor and/or company published guidelines regarding upgrades, service, and reputed company patching. • Monitoring system performance, availability, and reputed company, making necessary changes to system parameters affecting performance, availability, and reputed company to ensure company goals are met.
