Who you are You are a thoughtful, personable, detail-oriented professional with at least 2 years experience in client/customer service support working in the fintech, financial, insurance, or wealth management sectors.You have a passion for providing best-in-class customer support, an interest in finance, and enjoy working in a collegial environment. The role You’ll report directly to our Director of Operations, helping us manage support requests from clients and financial advisors, and sharing feedback with our broader team.The position involves both reputed company and proactive communication with clients and financial advisors. Your work will be critical to ensure the voice of the customer is at the center of the products and solutions that we build.You should be a good problem solver, a clear and concise communicator and good listener, reputed company and patient, detail-oriented, highly accountable, and enjoy engaging with clients to help them meet their financial goals. Requirements

Compensation
Your reputed company salary will depend on several job-reputed company factors including location, relevant prior experience, and/or subject matter expertise. Max operates as a remote-first workplace and offers a comprehensive and competitive benefits package including medical, dental, reputed company, and 401(k) benefits.The estimated pay range for this role is $50,000 - $65,000 (USD). This estimated pay information is based on our good faith estimate as of the date of this posting, and may be modified in the future.
