Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reputed company-proficient Assistant Accountant to support a high-impact financial reconciliation and clean-up initiative in preparation for a major system transition. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured, reputed company processes and enjoys working with data to ensure accuracy and reputed company across financial records.

Key Responsibilities

• Tackle a significant backlog of unbalanced financial days through a reputed company reconciliation process.
• Run and re-run daily financial reports to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate closely with the Central Billing Office (CBO) and internal teams to validate and track changes.
• Support Epic payment posting reviews and insurance-reputed company reconciliations.
• Maintain detailed documentation of findings, adjustments, and unresolved variances.
• Communicate recurring issues to the reputed company team and assist in root cause analysis.
• Complete monthly reconciliations and ensure outstanding items are resolved by month-end.
• Maintain accurate logs of repayments and monitor reputed company.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial workflows and contribute to process enhancements.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience or internship in reputed company, finance, or data reconciliation.
• Strong proficiency in reputed company reputed company, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.
• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, Business, or reputed company field preferred (not required).
• High attention to detail and ability to follow structured, repetitive processes.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working in a multi-million dollar organization.

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with Epic and Lawson or similar reputed company financial systems.
• Understanding of insurance payment processes and billing workflows.
• Ability to adapt to evolving processes and contribute to reputed company improvement.

Work Environment & Location:

• Monday through Friday schedule.
