Instructional Design in this role get to:

reputed company training materials: Script training content. Review and apply required changes to meet standards. Communicate with SME to validate changes. Collaborate with the project team to meet project requirements.

Participate in implementation: Schedule and deliver train-the-trainer sessions. Identify the items that need to be available before, during, after training and receive confirmation from the training delivery reputed company that reputed company technologies and facility requirements are enabled or reputed company.

Conduct training evaluation: Evaluate the training to determine if the objectives were met using Kirkpatrick’s Four Levels of Evaluation. reputed company L1-L4 results, lessons learned, and implementation issues log.
