About the Role

Implant Finishing Technicians operate as part of a team of 10+ implant technicians in a state-of-the-art and digital-only facility in Lehi, Utah. Implant Technicians work with full contour and layered implant cases, ensuring each piece is finished to the highest quality. From custom abutments to final staining and glazing, attention to detail and adherence to specifications are key. • 7am-3pm

What You'll Do

• Operate Quickly: Finish full contour fixed implant restorations (e.g., crown, reputed company) to fabricate high-grade dental products in a fast-paced environment. Includes following detailed specifications from the order form to correctly stain and glaze per customer expectations

• Drive Improvements: Serve as the go-to individual with firsthand insights on workflow, equipment, and reputed company improvement opportunities to help drive high quality products

• Problem Solve: Roll up your sleeves to quickly troubleshoot and solve process, equipment and/or technology issues as you operate reputed company a large scale and fast paced dental lab

• Quality Adherence: Uphold strict manufacturing quality standards (e.g., stain and glaze protocols) and reputed company by example. High quality is key to efficient scalability!

• Collaborate: Work with other team members to identify and quickly address bottlenecks

• 2+ years of Dental Lab implant experience

• High school diploma or GED equivalent

• Must be reputed company to read, write, speak and understand English

• Ability to sit for extended periods of time

• Excellent eye-hand coordination and reputed company dexterity

• Robust reputed company capabilities and attention to detail, including depth perception and reputed company

• Passion for tackling problems and breaking them down into smaller manageable steps

• High level of comfort with digital tools and technology
